Momentan ist nicht nur das Brotbacken in Mode, viele Bücher haben inzwischen bewiesen, dass man keine Angst vor Sauerteig haben muss. Verwendet werden Roggen- wie Weizensauerteig, sowie Livieto Madre (ein fester Weizensauerteig aus Italien). Die Anleitungen und gut gegliederten Rezepte machen es schon Einsteiger*innen leicht, die vielen oft ganzseitigen Fotos machen Appetit. Eine sehr gute Ergänzung zu R.
