Im 2. Teil informieren die Autoren über die Mentalität der Spanier, die Bedeutung der Kirche und die kulturellen Höhepunkte: Theater, Kunst, Architektur und Literatur. Im Gegensatz zu den eher mittelmäßigen Schwarz-Weiß-Aufnahmen des o.g. Titels glänzt der vorliegende Band mit anschaulichen, z.T. großformatigen Farb-Abbildungen.
