Romania, respectively Constanta County isn't an exception to worldwide developments, registering a lower in arrivals, and an overnight, with-inside during January 2019 - October 2021 period. This paper spotlight the demanding situations tourism faced with-inside the modern context. However, the markets are able to locate their stability while the virus stabilizing. As the tourism enterprise could be very vulnerable to crises and pandemics, COVID-19 has modified its state of affairs across the world. Countries placed regulations on tour movement, closed worldwide boundaries, and enforced lockdowns. Sooner or later the enterprise will upward thrust once more and get better with differentiated visitor desires and possibilities. Thus this research examines the effect of COVID-19 on tourism and analyzes the probable tour conduct and possibilities of Indian vacationers submitting to COVID-19. It investigates the distinctive components of submitting- COVID tour conduct and possibilities of Indian vacationers associated with excursion making plans and choosing the destination, mode of transportation, accommodation, and sports on the destination. It is empirical in nature and descriptive strategies had been hired to research the data.
